MAVEN

A very special nakiri knife for a very accomplished home chef. This was a fun and challenging build as the client was quite specific in what she wanted. She also has smaller hands and we worked on several different handle shapes before finding one that she loved. This will be passed down through the generations. The kids are already calling dibs!
