Slicer
Churrasco
Legacy Build — Precision Crafted
This is a big ol’ slicer that was commissioned by a lovely lady as a present for her husband’s birthday. He’s the “brisket King” of his neighborhood. We decided on a 12” long, thin, wicked sharp, slicer. This was the longest knife I had made up to that point and I was a little nervous. To ease my fears I decided I would make one for myself first as ‘practice’. I’m really glad I did, I use it all the time!
We chose a beautiful piece of desert ironwood for the handle. I added a white bolster with black stripes that brings the whole design together.
